Founded in February 2022, DL Bookkeeping & Business Solutions was built on a simple belief: that small businesses in Melbourne's south-east deserved access to the same quality of financial expertise as large corporations — at a price they could actually afford.

Diana Leshcheva
Director | Registered BAS Agent
Diana is the Director of DL Bookkeeping and a Registered BAS Agent with more than 10 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience across Australia. She has worked with businesses ranging from small family-owned enterprises to multinational companies, across retail, construction, real estate, technology, professional services and e-commerce.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Postgraduate Degree in Professional Accounting from RMIT University, combining strong academic foundations with deep practical expertise. Throughout her career she has managed bookkeeping, payroll, BAS and IAS lodgements, GST, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, payroll tax, trust accounting, compliance and software implementation.
Having worked in both Australian businesses and international finance environments, Diana brings a commercial perspective that extends well beyond day-to-day bookkeeping — something most bookkeepers simply can't offer.
Diana is fluent in English and Russian, has conversational Japanese, and enjoys yoga, fitness and continuous personal development.

Bradley Smyrk
Co-Founder | Business Development & Operations
Bradley is the Co-Founder of DL Bookkeeping and brings extensive experience in business operations, supply chain management and process improvement across a range of Australian industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBA) focused in Supply Chain Management from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) focused in Law from Curtin University — a combination that grounds his operational expertise in both business strategy and commercial law.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership and operational roles within complex business environments, developing expertise in negotiation, strategic sourcing, warehouse operations, supply management, and organisational efficiency. His ability to analyse business processes and identify practical improvements enables businesses to operate more effectively and make better-informed decisions.
As Co-Founder of DL Bookkeeping, Bradley oversees business operations, technology, systems and strategic development. Working alongside Diana, he helps ensure clients receive responsive service, streamlined processes and a high standard of professional support.
Bradley's commercial background provides a valuable perspective beyond bookkeeping alone, helping bridge the gap between financial information and practical business operations.
